Welcome to RuneLobby. These rules apply across our forums and Discord. 1. Respect other members Disagreements are fine. Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination and targeted abuse are not. Keep arguments about the topic—not the person. 2. Keep content appropriate No pornography, graphic violence or illegal content. Do not post malicious links, malware or files designed to steal accounts or information. 3. No spam or unsolicited advertising Avoid repeated posts, excessive mentions and unsolicited promotional messages. Advertise servers in the relevant sections and follow any section-specific posting rules. 4. Be honest about your server Listings, screenshots and feature descriptions must accurately represent your server. No impersonation, fake reviews, misleading claims or pretending to represent another project. 5. Keep voting fair No automated votes, CAPTCHA bypassing, alternate accounts or other attempts to manipulate votes and rankings. Report suspected abuse privately to staff. 6. Respect privacy Do not share someone’s personal information, passwords, tokens or private messages without permission. Remove sensitive information from screenshots and logs before posting. 7. Share resources responsibly Only upload code, tools and assets you have permission to distribute. Follow licence requirements and credit the original creators. No leaked databases, stolen work or cracked paid resources. 8. Post in the right place Use clear titles and choose the appropriate channel. When asking for technical help, include your revision, relevant errors and what you have already tried. Do not post passwords or API keys. 9. Keep reviews and reports factual Describe your own experience and support serious claims with relevant evidence. No fabricated accusations, coordinated harassment or review bombing. Send sensitive reports through a private support ticket. 10. Follow moderation decisions Do not evade bans or mutes with alternate accounts. If you believe a decision was incorrect, open a ticket under Official → Support & Appeals. Explain what happened and include relevant evidence. Moderation Depending on the circumstances, staff may remove content, issue warnings, restrict accounts or apply temporary or permanent bans. Serious violations may result in an immediate ban. Need help? Use Support & Appeals → Other Support to contact the team privately. For restrictions issued by an independently operated game server, contact that server’s staff.
